Welcome to Meta Drive! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Meta Drive's mobile application ("App"), provided by Meta Drive Inc. ("Meta Drive," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

Meta Drive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available through the App are the exclusive property of Meta Drive and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law; (b) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers or networks connected to the App; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks; (e) use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the App for any purpose; (f) use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the App; (g) use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the App; (h) introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful; (i) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App; (j) use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, META DRIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL META DRIVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF META DRIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
